Plain-language notes on what the website and add-ins may use, store, and connect to.
Pixeltools develops desktop add-ins for Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. This policy describes the general types of information the add-ins and website may use.
Pixeltools add-ins run inside Autodesk desktop applications. They may read information from the open model or current selection so the tool can display options, build lists, or complete the command you asked it to run.
Add-ins may also store local settings on your computer, such as window position, preferences, saved orders, or other tool configuration. These settings are used to keep the tool working the way you left it.
Paid add-ins may use Autodesk App Store licensing or entitlement services. Autodesk may process account, license, or entitlement information as part of purchase, trial, and activation workflows.
The Pixeltools website (pixeltools.dev) is a static product and support site. Some pages may link to third-party websites or embed third-party media, such as Autodesk App Store pages or YouTube videos.
When you follow external links or play embedded media, those third-party services may receive information according to their own privacy policies.
The ClashFix Pro launch waitlist is an optional email sign-up. This section covers how that data is handled.
What is collected. Your email address only. No name, company, or IP address is stored against your record.
Where it is stored. Email addresses are held in Cloudflare KV storage, encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Cloudflare processes this data under their standard data processing terms. We do not store your address in plaintext anywhere in our infrastructure.
Purpose. The address is used for one purpose: to send a single announcement email when ClashFix Pro is available. There are no marketing sequences, newsletters, or follow-up messages of any kind.
Legal basis and consent. We use double opt-in. Submitting your address triggers a confirmation email; your address is only added to the confirmed list when you click the link in that email. If you do not click the link, the pending record is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Sharing. Your email address is never shared with third parties, sold, or included in any data exchange. We use Resend to deliver transactional emails; Resend processes your address only to route the message and does not use it for any other purpose.
Retention. Confirmed addresses are kept until the launch announcement is sent. The list is purged within 30 days of that send. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately and the record is deleted. Once unsubscribed, the opt-out remains in effect for at least 60 days after the announcement period ends.
How to unsubscribe. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes your address immediately. You can also use the link to visit the unsubscribe page directly at any time.
Erasure requests. To request deletion of your record before the launch email is sent, email support@pixeltools.dev with “Delete my record” in the subject line. We will delete your address within 72 hours and confirm by reply.
